Welcome to Environmental Science! We are going to accomplish great things this year.
Hello to all of my environmental science students! I am excited to be starting a brand new year and I look forward to getting to know each one of you. I am also looking forward to all of the academic success that you will experience this year. Together we are going to learn a lot of things about our environment. We will also learn about great African contributions to science. In this class you will learn from each other, do a lot of assignments, and most importantly experience academic success. African people have a long history of doing great things academically and we will continue that tradition. My goal is to develop students who are always asking "why?" I want you to recognize the social, political, environmental, and economical constraints that have been placed on us and challenge you to actively seek solutions! Sankofa!!!
